The NHI at El Paso executive team is dedicated to providing every student in the borderland with the opportunity to participate in NHI's leadership experiences, so that they may become active community members, critical and imaginative thinkers, and creative problem solvers. Comprised solely of NHI at El Paso alumni, the executive team devotes hundreds of hours to the work and the mission of NHI. From dealing with the day to day operations of the NHI at El Paso Great Debate teams to organizing city-wide fundraisers and special events or helping students navigate the college application process; the executive team, with the help of an extraordinary staff, parent volunteers, and board of directors, strives to deliver excellence.
